A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit. Cookies help websites function properly and help site owners understand how visitors use their site.
When you visit this site for the first time — or if it has been more than 365 days since you last made a choice — a banner appears at the bottom of the page asking whether you accept or decline analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, described below). Neither of those two tools loads until you choose. This isn't a case of the tools running quietly in the background and merely staying silent — the scripts that load them are not present on the page at all unless you accept.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects standard web analytics: which pages you visit, how long you spend, what site or link referred you here, your device/browser type, and approximate location at city/country level (GA4 does not store your full IP address by default). It may also record specific interactions we've chosen to track, such as clicking a WhatsApp or email link. This data is processed by Google and may be transferred outside Malaysia as part of Google's standard infrastructure.
If you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move through and interact with our pages — including mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks — and aggregates this into heatmaps. This is more detailed than page-view analytics, because it can effectively show a replay of on-page behaviour. We are currently reviewing whether Microsoft's form-field masking is enabled so that anything you type into our contact form is excluded from these recordings; we will update this notice once that is confirmed. If you'd rather not have session activity recorded, declining analytics cookies (or declining specifically, if we later offer separate GA4/Clarity toggles) prevents Clarity from loading at all.
Our enquiry and contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA v2 to verify that submissions come from real people, not bots. This cookie is required for the forms to work correctly and loads regardless of your analytics choice, because it's classed as functional/security rather than analytics or advertising. It does not track you across other websites and is not used for advertising.
Our website loads fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) on every page. This isn't a cookie in the traditional sense — it's a network request needed to deliver the fonts. Each time a page loads, your IP address and browser information are sent to Google's servers for that purpose, and Google may set short-lived caching cookies via fonts.gstatic.com as part of standard browser caching. This isn't advertising or tracking; it's a technical characteristic of loading fonts from an external provider. For more information, see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
